6. Payments
By purchasing any of our products or services, you agree to pay the price shown at the time of purchase.
Where you choose a payment plan, you agree to make all payments in full and on time in accordance with that plan.
Failure to make payment may result in suspension or removal of access to the relevant service, programme, membership, or materials.
You agree not to make unjustified chargebacks or payment disputes without first contacting us to try to resolve the issue.
If a chargeback or payment dispute is made, we reserve the right to suspend access to all services while the matter is investigated.
7. Digital Products, Courses, and Memberships
When you purchase a digital product, course, webinar, academy membership, or programme, you are purchasing access for the period stated at the time of purchase.
Unless expressly stated otherwise:
access is for your personal use only
access may not be shared with anyone else
access may be time-limited
unused access does not roll over or extend automatically
If your membership or programme includes calls, workshops, community access, or bonus materials, these must be used within the access period provided. No credit or extension will be given for unused elements unless we choose otherwise in writing.
8. Subscription Renewals and Cancellation
If you join a recurring membership or subscription, your membership may renew automatically unless you cancel before your next billing date.

If you cancel, you will continue to have access until the end of your current billing period unless stated otherwise.
We do not usually provide refunds or credits for partial billing periods or unused time after a renewal payment has been taken, unless required by law.
9. Cooling-Off Period
If you are purchasing as a consumer, you may have the right to cancel certain purchases within 14 days of purchase under applicable consumer law.
To request cancellation within the cooling-off period, you must contact us in writing at [email protected] and include your name, the product or programme purchased, and the date of purchase.
If you have already accessed digital content, downloaded materials, attended live sessions, or used a service during the cooling-off period, your cancellation rights may be reduced or lost where permitted by law.
Nothing in these Terms affects your statutory rights.
10. Refunds
Refund terms may vary depending on the product, membership, programme, webinar, or event purchased.
Unless a specific refund policy or guarantee is stated at the point of sale:
digital products are generally non-refundable once accessed
membership fees are generally non-refundable once the billing period has started
live or virtual event tickets are non-refundable outside any legal cooling-off rights
missed calls, webinars, workshops, or community sessions are not refunded
Any refund offered is entirely subject to the terms stated at the point of purchase.
11. Events, Webinars, and Live Sessions
We may offer live webinars, training sessions, online workshops, recordings, livestreams, or in-person events.
We reserve the right to make reasonable changes to event dates, delivery format, speakers, schedules, or content where necessary.
We do not guarantee that livestreams, online sessions, websites, or digital platforms will always be uninterrupted or error-free.
Where recordings are included, these may be delivered after the event within a reasonable timeframe.
We are not responsible for technical issues caused by your own device, internet connection, software, or third-party platforms outside our control.
12. Community Rules
If your purchase includes access to a private community, group, or membership forum, you agree to behave respectfully and responsibly.
You must not:
Harass, abuse, or insult other members
Post offensive, unlawful, defamatory, or inappropriate content
Promote your own services, offers, or business without permission
Share confidential group content outside the community
Use the group to collect leads or clients
Upload harmful software, spam, or disruptive content
We reserve the right to remove posts, suspend access, or remove members from a community if we believe their conduct is inappropriate or harmful.
Where removal is necessary, we are not obliged to provide a refund.
13. Intellectual Property
All content, materials, videos, recordings, tools, frameworks, templates, downloads, branding, graphics, documents, and training provided by us are owned by us or licensed to us and are protected by intellectual property laws.

By attending, you acknowledge that your name, voice, comments, or image may appear in these recordings.
If you do not want to appear in promotional materials, please notify us in writing before the relevant session or event.

Our total liability to you for any claim arising out of or in connection with our services shall not exceed the amount you paid to us for the relevant product or service in the 12 months before the claim arose.
